- Living room with table and chairs for meals and equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, gas hob, Italian coffee maker and kettle, etc.)
- Spacious bedroom with direct access to the terrace (double bed 160x200cm - television) and its adjoining bathroom with shower and sink.
In addition: small mezzanine under slope with two extra beds (2 beds 100x200cm).

Ideal in all seasons, you will appreciate the tranquility of the environment on the wooden terrace in summer and the warmth of the wood stove after a winter walk.

In a nod to their land of origin, the owners welcome you to the “La Nouvelle” gîte and offer you meals to enjoy at the gîte with the flavors of traditional Reunionese cuisine.

Nearby, you will find forests, ponds and a greenway between Segré and Châteaubriant or the hiking trail "la route des Plantagenets" which connects Mont-Saint-Michel to Santiago de Compostela. The leisure center located a few minutes away in Pouancé offers supervised swimming in the summer as well as several fun and aquatic activities: mountain biking, Segway, aquapark, kayaking, paddle, pedal boats...
You will also be 15 minutes from the Mine Bleue, 35 minutes from the Robert Tatin Museum or 1 hour from the cities of Angers and Rennes.
