"Chez Auguste" is a quiet, countryside cottage ideally located for a family getaway: 50 minutes from Rennes, Angers, Vitré, or Laval. Nearby towns include Segré in Anjou Bleu (25 minutes), Craon (20 minutes), and Chateaubriant (20 minutes).
The cottage is all on one level with a 43m² living room extending into a veranda with a foosball table and a small bar. The panoramic windows offer views of the fields and meadows. There are three bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed (160x200cm) and a desk, and two bedrooms each with two twin beds (90x200cm).
The decor is a striking blend of modern and antique, with a generous dose of creativity creating a stunning result!
You might even taste the farm's milk, or other seasonal products. The cottage is on a working farm, and you may occasionally see machinery and cows. If you're interested, the owners can give you a tour of the farm.

The nearest shops and services are in Pouancé, 5.4 km away, or in Martigné Ferchaud, 13 km away. The Pouancé market is ideal for local produce; also discover the renowned Guerche de Bretagne market.
There's a leisure center with a supervised beach in summer at the Saint Aubin de Pouancé lake, 6 km away, with a children's playground, kayak and pedal boat rentals. The Rincerie leisure center in Selle Craonnaise, 17 km away, offers a beach, a wake park, a swin golf course, and more.
Numerous hikes, including one that passes by the cottage and leads to the Pouancé lake. This former mining area offers several opportunities to retrace its history: strolls through sites such as Bois 1 and Bois 2, the Mine Bleue amusement park, the Slate Museum in Renazé, and more.
A land of legends, you can explore the Roche aux Fées site and the Enigmaparc amusement park.

Pets not allowed. The accommodation is on the ground floor, but access from the outside is over gravel, and the threshold between the veranda and the kitchen is uneven.

Take La Touche, D180 and D6 towards La Pichardière in Saint Erblon. Travel 280, the lodge is home along the way.
