    The Space:

    You'll enjoy a private entrance and newly furnished, comfortable two bedroom apartment.



    Located right off I-80, in the Aksarben neighborhood. Only a couple miles from most hospitals, University of Nebraska at Omaha, and the Baxter Arena.



    Aksarben Village is less than a mile away from the apartment, which is one of the best entertainment districts in Omaha. Enjoy local restaurants, shopping, and events.



    Don't forget about our World Famous Henry Dorly Zoo or the Old Market Downtown.

    Enjoy this 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment all for yourselves to relax and unwind after a long day of work or exploring Omaha!



    The Neighborhood:

    Aksarben Village is less than a mile away from the apartment, which is one of the best entertainment 345districts in Omaha. Enjoy local restaurants, shopping, and events.



    Don't forget about our World Famous Henry Dorly Zoo or the Old Market Downtown.



    Getting Around:

    Car is best for exploring the city, however there is public transportation stop nearby.



    Other Things to Note:

    1. There is no laundry facility on site, however several laundromats are within 2 miles of your apartment. We recommend WashWorld about a 6 min drive.



    2. There will be lock out fee - $50,

    unreturned/lost key fob fee - $50



    3. Parking is on a first come first serve basis in our open lot. There are no assigned stalls. Each guest/reservation will be able to park in one spot.



    Interaction with Guests:

    We prefer messaging through the app but are available via text/call with urgent issues.

Great location! Would stay there again. The only complaint was the kitchen was very limited with supplies for cooking. If you plan on cooking there. Take things you might need. Did not have measuring cups, baking pans, pans for the stove were not in great shape. Other than that the stay was great!

We had a great comfy, cozy stay. It’s close to many shops/restaurants and a Target. No complaints. Highly recommend and fairly easy to get to the apartment with other things around.

The design was really cute. It was large enough to accommodate our family and it was convenient to so much stuff. Stores, shopping walking areas, the interstate, etc. I was a little concerned when we pulled in to the driveway of the complex but it was fine. We felt safe and comfortable. Wish we had access to the pool. It wasn’t open.

This Vrbo was my first dabble in this field of hospitality and it did not disappoint. The place was very clean an organized, the check-in process was seamless, and the location was fantastic. If I had to give one critique, it would be about the parking. The parking is limited but not impossible. Overall this place was above what I expected.

The unit was very clean spacious and well equipped. Convent location to I-80 and multiple restaurants, etc. our family of four slept well and enjoyed having room to spread out. Having two full bathrooms was a high point.

The apartment was very clean and well stocked with essential items. It was a very good deal for the price. We stayed 4 nights. We are a family of 4. We also had our dog. The communication was excellent. Great location with easy access to the highway, shopping, and food options. Would stay here again!

Nice weekend getaway

Vary spacious for 2 bedroom apt. Very clean. Very quiet. Parking spots are very narrow. Enjoy staying here very close to my daughter's college for our visits.

Central Omaha Cozy

Great alternative to a hotel in central Omaha. Comfortable and clean. Parking is first come first serve but we didn’t have a problem finding one. Interior is newly done and nice. Definitely recommend!

The location was perfect, right down from everything we needed and wanted to do. The only thing I would change would be the parking. Getting in and out could be a bit difficult at times. Very glad we had a small SUV and not a big vehicle.

Very spacious for the two of us. It has great water pressure in the shower. The bed was comfortable. It was nice to have the 1st floor but it is a bit too close to the parking so it can be noisy during busy times. The TV in the master bedroom did not work but we didn’t report it.
