"Nice modern hotel. Friendly and service oriented staff. Main issues was very hard and uncomfortable pillows. Second issue was as follows. We arrived by car, everyone knew this. We parked under Corte ingles during our stay. The day we checked out there was a large demonstration in the center of Valencia between 11-14. nobody told us sbout this demonstration that was well planned. As a result we spendt 3 hours stuck in a traffic jam to leave the city. Had the hotel told us about this we could have left earlier or later and not wasted an entire day. 5 star hotels inform their guests of things like this "

"They hadn’t changed the trash bin in the toilet from the guests before and that obviously makes one doubt of the overall hygiene situation."
