«Excised about the location and the great hospitality. The breakfast was exceeding every expectation from a small place like this. The size of the beds are not as expected. The promise: king bed was a queens size, the queen was a small double. The room should have a bathtub, and it did, unfortunately it could not be closed hence not filled with water. The shower had warm water for 2 persons, but as we were 4 it was slightly on the low side, as only receiving 2 towels for the family. The ...

«We loved this property. A very unique experience star gazing and sleeping at 3,000 m. The dining room and food and friendly family service were excellent. The Puma room was nicely themed with spectacular panoramic mountain view. Worth it and highly recommended. The hotel taxi pick up from train station, drive up and down was narrow and steep but the drivers there know what they’re doing so we weren’t worried.»

«Overall, the hotel was okay considering the price. However, the beds were very hard, and the room was far too small for three people. There was hardly any space to store clothes, and it was not even possible to fully open a suitcase on the floor. The room was also very noisy, and there was a window above the door that let in a lot of light from the hallway, which disturbed our sleep. The breakfast was simple but very good.»

«I booked and paid for a King room with a balcony several months before our trip. When we arrived we put a room with a sort of balcony, closed in with the diners from the Cafe next door (which they owned) less inches from our room. There was absolutely no privacy whatsoever. When I initially complained I was told the Cafe shuts at 7pm so there will be no one there after that . To make things worse my card was charged for the room a second time on check in. Once we were settled I found the ...
