Beautiful Villa with pool in Oliva Nova Golf

This sunny villa is located in the prestigious Oliva Nova Golf complex, very close to the magnificent sandy beaches.

The property is fully fenced and has a grass area, as well as a private pool and covered parking within the plot.

The house has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 4 people, and also has wifi and air conditioning throughout the accommodation.

The beautiful garden is fully conditioned for use and enjoyment, as there are chairs, an outdoor table, sun loungers, a barbecue and a perfect awning to shelter from the hot summer days.

Upon entering the accommodation, we find the open living/dining room, where the house's only satellite TV (German) is located. Next to the living/dining room is the kitchen with an American bar, which is fully equipped with: ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, filter coffee maker and toaster.

Returning to the living room, we can access a small corridor responsible for distributing the two bedrooms with two single beds each and the bathroom equipped with shower and double washbasin.



Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity and heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets) are not included, nor is WiFi, sheets or towels. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
