Auf dem Zimmer fehlten ein Wasserkocher sowie Kaffee- und Teezubehör. Auch einfache Kosmetikartikel wie Wattestäbchen waren nicht vorhanden. Die Betten waren sehr unbequem, die Bettbezüge lösten sich ständig, und die Kissen waren hart wie Stein. Erholsamer Schlaf war kaum möglich. Besonders enttäuschend ...

«We travel to Patras, from Nevada, USA, every year to head on the ferry to Kephalonia! This hotel is one of the best we have stayed at in Greece! Staff phenomenal! So clean, friendly and helpful! Onsite parking, bellman for luggage and they will even park your car! The rooftop restaurant for breakfast was excellent and the rooftop turns into a bar restaurant at night and the food was superb! A must stay in Patras! Yamas for an excellent experience!»

Only critique is that our room was on the first floor at the front of the hotel and the noise insulation wasn’t the best: there was a lot of road noise in the room, especially in the early morning as the city went to work.»
