«We had a group of adults and teens. The teens had a great time having their own room and being able to walk to the pier and main streets of OOB. Everything was close by. Its a cottage so its not huge but there was plenty of room for us to sleep, relax in the living room, and eat at the table. The owner was very helpful. She checked in to see if we needed anything when we got there and gave us detailed info about the property and OOB. I would definitely stay there again.»

«The property was great and a very convenient location to the beach, shops, and pier. They have everything you could possibly need except food and clothing! Very clean, TVs and ACs in every room. The only challenge as others mentioned is parking. It is a tight fit and if your tires are on the sidewalk you can be ticketed. «It showed a picture of a picnic table and grill in the back. What it doesn't show is there is no room back there. The property needs to be cleaned up. All in all it was a place to stay for 1 night. Very cramped but we managed.»

«Positives: Property was as described. Owner lives next door and only saw briefly. Check in was seamless. Beds were comfortable. Immediate neighborhood was quiet. Beaches were clean. Cons: spiral stair case was fine for us and our 7 year old but I would not recommend for younger or elderly. Only tv and bathroom is all the way downstairs. There are no doors closing any rooms so you can hear everything from all floors (including snoring). Fry pans and pillows need replacing. The deck out back ...
