«Lovely owners who have run this place for over 40 years. It is set back in time, early 80s and an education and experience of that. However does have Wifi and central to the Town. I was upgraded to a larger room with en suite without asking which was a nice touch. Pleasantly surprised with the cost that it included breakfast, I had porridge, fruit juice, cooked breakfast and toast. All floors have stairs which would not be suitable for the less mobile.»

«It’s centrally located with Tesco Express within a minute of walk. There are restaurants at the Main Street which are also within 10 minutes of walk. Parking on- street is easy and no restrictions after 6pm and before 9am. An hour parking with no return within one hour is allowed during the period of 9am and 6pm. The host is very nice and very friendly. We were warmly welcomed and felt very comfortable during the stay. The room we stayed was very clean, spacious with all the amenities we needed. ...

«We were a family of six travelling and we had invited our daughters and their husbands for a long weekend in The Lakes. We made a mistake ordering standard rooms and it was disappointing that we were given a tiny room as the paying part. I guess that’s our fault. Location is perfect with free parking, the staff are amazingly friendly and the breakfast first class. The place needs a good clean and shine up. The garden and exterior looked as though they had been forgotten for the current season. ...

«I rarely write reviews about holiday stays but had to do so for our three night stay at Grange Manor. The room was fabulous-luxurious,spotless and so comfortable and the extra finishing touches made it a home from home. Breakfast served every morning in the room was a delight.
