So I tried to check in and told them I am handicap and have a bad knee. The staff was very confrontational and rude and ended up putting me in a room in the 3rd floor. Had to walk what seemed like a half mile to get to the elevator she said worked just for it not to work. I finally make it up the stairs in excruciating pain and the room reaks of weed! Call em and tell them I want another room. They acted like it’s just the biggest inconvenience in the world, especially that chubby manager boy, tried charging me $5 for a different room on the 1st floor and I refused to pay. Mind you im in so much pain at this moment and have told them this and they just do not give two cares in the world. I finally get to a point where I tell the big fella dide just put me in a damn toom. So he decides to go on some personal crusade and was like “youre not gonna tell me what to do, get out, this is how you’re being punished” sound like a total idiot. I then tossed his plastic paper holder thing on the floor and he ends up following me out and kicking the bumper of my car causing extensive damage. Garbage managment, garbage hotel, I wouldn’t take a dump here
