Parking: Please park on the left side of the driveway; the right side is reserved for the other unit. The driveway accommodates two cars comfortably.
Backyard: The backyard is not accessible since there is a back unit.
Climate Control: The home features central HVAC managed by the owner, set at 70°F. For temperature adjustments, please contact us.
Laundry: Washer and dryer use is complimentary for stays over seven nights. A small fee applies for stays under seven nights.
Noise Potential: Neighboring dogs may bark and can be loud at times.

Winter Notes:
