«Lovely big cosy place and very handy to rotorua»

«We traveled as a family of 4 through NZ. Stayed in Rotorua for 2 days. The home was just a few miles/KM from almost anywhere in the town. The home was spacious with more than enough room for the four of us and the kids had their own rooms with two additional rooms available. The kitchen and dining area worked well. The house took some time to cool down, but that worked out in the end. Also had great communication with the owner, which is great! We would stay there again and hope to have the ...

«Lovely, cosy bach. Well equipped kitchen. The separate outside bedrooms gave every one space and privacy. The lake was beautiful to look at and swim in. A really peaceful retreat.»

«This home is large and well appointed. Big living room, 3 bedrooms (2 queen and one with 2 singles) and two bathrooms plus a small but comfortable outdoor space with hot tub. Close to grocery stores and major attractions. Easily big enough for a family group or two couples. An excellent choice.»

«Bath and spa great. Comfortable beds, lovely place and clean, a lot supplied. Though parties friday night, house next to us same property, then next door, another property, saturday night to 3,30am, then they turned down volumne. Other nights quiet, great location.»

«Overall a great weekend, The location gave easy access to the local area and everything was close for walk or drive. Good communication and the check in process was clear and easy. «This was the start of our very first NZ adventure and we could not have asked for a better place , the house was superb, hosts very helpful, and the location was perfect to recover from jet lag and relax into our holiday , would highly recommend.»

«Such a beautifully presented and spectacularly located holiday home. We had a fantastic time and some much needed rest and relaxation. «Lisa(Host) was awesome to deal with. Loved the place this main house was located at. Beautiful garden and it’s surrounding. We enjoyed our stay very much and will come back to stay her if we are ever in Rotorua. But, the smell inside the house needs a refresher or odour clean. It’s definitely needs some maintenance as there are some things that’s broken (pool table room), some rooms need a change in carpet or upgrade»

«This i a great place centrally located in Rotorua. Before arrival we were advised that the elevator had broken down and were given the option to move to another accommodation, but decided to try it out. I think it's a very good service that they notify in advance (we have experienced the opposite) and they also had people there to help us with the luggage when we arrived. Both the service and the room was great and there are also free movie channels. All in all there is really nothing to ...
