Residenser i Okanagan Valley

«The resort has turned into a refugee camp, booked 8 months ago the only room they had was first floor looking at the parking lot.Asked for a better view and not on first floor was denied. Also order the fish at the restaurant, was supposed to come with coleslaw and dipping sauce the waitress had no clue what the menu read, the so called fish was batter. Pool was supposed to be heated, it was cold. The bottom line the resort has sold out to permanent residents.»

«Check in staff were very friendly/professional Parking was convenient, right outside door Room was clean, bathroom could definitely use an update, require hand rail in shower, higher toilet, towels were getting a bit thin Bedroom with second bed for privacy was very nice Would be nice to have a comfortable lounge chair in main area Pool area was very clean but take into consideration it was low season, very quiet Beds were very comfortable Didn’t use any of the kitchen facilities»

«Very clean rooms and whole property staff very friendly Breakfast was great Definitely recommend»

«Fint opphold i Kelowna »

«Great coffee at the market»

«Fantastisk god service!! Fikk et fint rom i 2. etasjen med utgang til stor felles uteområde med flere stoler. Sentral beliggenhet, parkering i kjelleretasjen. Bedre frokost enn andre hotell i Canada, blant annet frisk frukt. Kommer gjerne tilbake hit!»
