«The receptionist was very nice, so I have no complaints about the customer service. However, I don't think the hotel looks like the pictures, so we were all quite disappointed when we arrived. We found hair in the bed sheets and the carpet was full of stains. It was dusty and gave the impression that it was an old hotel that had not been maintained properly. «Everything in the place appeared to be new. Location is great for walking and lots of places to eat near by. The view is incredible. Only minor concern was that the heat pump was located just outside a the bedroom window and it took a while to adjust to the sound. The owner communicated very well and we enjoyed the stay.»
