We especially liked sitting on the veranda starting our day with a morning coffee and ending it relaxing with an amazing view of Kelowna. «Host was very welcoming. The suite had every amenity you could want. High end appliances and a kitchen fully equipped for both a short or long stay. It had a spa like bathroom. I can’t say enough about this rental. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again. And the bonus is it is pet friendly. It is conveniently located near the BXRanch dog park for exercising the traveling companion. »

"The receptionist was very nice, so I have no complaints about the customer service. However, I don't think the hotel looks like the pictures, so we were all quite disappointed when we arrived. We found hair in the bed sheets and the carpet was full of stains. It was dusty and gave the impression that it was an old hotel that had not been maintained properly. In addition, the walls were very thin, so you could hear when your neighbor was using the bathroom. I was there for one night with my family and had actually booked several nights alone the following week, but I quickly cancelled that."
