«Things that I really appreciated at the nestled inn was the good coffee, comfortable bed, little snacks and relaxing environment. The suite itself was cozy, spacious and comfortable. It had everything I needed including good shampoo, q-tips and lotion. Communication with the host was easy. I would recommend this to anyone who wants quiet comfort on Dillwortb Mountain. Some things I didn't love but aren’t the hosts problem, is having to go through the garage and having a long steep stairwell. ...

«The unit was very clean and comfortable. The view from the outside deck was amazing as it overlooked the vineyards. Our host was very nice and accommodating.Not sure if the host is aware but the neighbouring dog barked all night so that was not pleasant as it kept us awake.Also there were people living/staying in the unit below who smoked outside of their space. The smoke wafted up into our deck space which made it impossible for us to sit outside on the deck. The location suited our needs as ...

"The receptionist was very nice, so I have no complaints about the customer service. However, I don't think the hotel looks like the pictures, so we were all quite disappointed when we arrived. We found hair in the bed sheets and the carpet was full of stains. It was dusty and gave the impression that it was an old hotel that had not been maintained properly. In addition, the walls were very thin, so you could hear when your neighbor was using the bathroom. I was there for one night with my family and had actually booked several nights alone the following week, but I quickly cancelled that."
