The 66 m² "Onkel Franz" apartment comfortably accommodates 3 guests plus a baby or toddler. A folding bed for a 4th guest can be provided upon request. A crib for one child up to 2 years old is available. The apartment features 1 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, video-on-demand, fan, and a private grill.



A high chair is provided. The pull-out sofa offers sleeping space for one adult or two children up to about 10 years old (approx. 135 cm wide).



Enjoy your private balcony with seating, sun lounger, and electric awning. A barbecue area is also available.



A dedicated guest parking space is located on the property, to the right of the house. Public charging stations for electric cars are 600 meters away.



One dog (up to medium size) is welcome, but please request in advance. The fee depends on the length of stay and can be requested via the booking platform. Public transport is within walking distance.
