This is a house that is divided into three units. This unit is on the entire second floor. The entrance is on the right side of the house. It has two baths with a shower in each, two bedrooms with one sink vanity and one queen bed in each bedroom and a third room with a couch and TV, including a mini fridge, coffee maker (coffee included), toaster, and microwave. Includes heat and air condition.

Quiet Hours are 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. Thank you!

Linens: Includes towels, washcloths, and bedding.

Free street parking in front. Free Wifi

Fire pit available for use. It has been installed in the yard next door. Includes a fire poker. Wood can be purchased on our website and will be delivered to your unit before you arrive.

Laundromat available next door. We do not own it so please check the hours.

Garden hose available on the side of unit #1 “The Andrea”

A copy of your driver's license or state ID must be emailed within 72 hours of booking the reservation to StayInOhiopyle@gmail.com.

Maximum occupancy is 4. Strictly enforced.

All late check-outs without approval will be charged $50 per hour.

NO SMOKING. A $250 charge will be charged to the credit card for smoking within the unit. This includes cigarettes, weed or vaping.

The hosts were great! The minifridge, microwave, coffee maker, coffee and tableware were very convenient.The rooms were clean. The location of the bathrooms/sinks were a bit odd. One bedroom smelled like sewage for some reason. It was fine for having a one night stay before going to see Fallingwater.

We had a great stay for our hiking trip. Loved to be able to just walk to many hiking trails and to dinner. Coffee maker wasn’t working but thankfully had a great coffee shop just down the block! Everything was comfortable for two people, maybe one more would be okay for the shared living space but that’s probably the most I would have. Happy with cleanliness! And bottled water provided in fridge was nice.

Very clean, nice bathrooms and bedrooms, lLiving room very crowded and no TV in bedrooms. excellent location!!! Loved the coffee shop behind it. Very surprised many places closed for the season with the leaves and foilage sopretty.

Falling Waters is definitely worth visiting and is right up the street from Ohiopyle. The property is in an excellent location in the adorable town of Ohiopyle. It is right up the road from Falling Waters, a definite must-see! It is easy walking distance to restaurants, coffee and fishing/outdoor activities. The host was very responsive and check-in was easy. The accommodations were a bit quirky. We stayed in the Belle, which was the second floor of a house with a private entrance. It had two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, each with a small shower and a toilet. The sinks were located in the bedrooms. The living area had seating for 4, a microwave, tv and small refrigerator. It definitely required some maneuvering for 3 adults to navigate around each other in the tiny space. The step down from the master bathroom was a bit of a challenge. the property was stocked with all the basics. The only thing I wish we had were ice cube trays so we could fill our reusable bottles for outdoor activities. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend a visit to the town and to the rental property.

This property was perfect for our group! We came to pick my son up from being a counselor at camp PARC. There was plenty of room for our group of 3. The unit was comfortable and clean! So much fun to walk to the shops and the restaurants around the town!

Just back from an overnight stay in “The Belle” at Stay in Ohiopyle. Our host Andrea was very helpful, I ended up having to change our date and Andrea was able to make that happen, much appreciated. Also, very responsive to questions I had.The unit was extremely neat and clean, which is the most important requirement when I book a place. Location was perfect, bar/restaurant was a couple doors away and my husband was very happy with the proximity to the GAP trail for bike riding. Except for the rain it was a great weekend.

Comfortable stay

We had everything we needed. We really appreciated that our rooms had individual climate control. Beds were comfortable as was the sitting room. Loved that a cozy bar and restaurant were a mere block away. It took me a night to get used to the train that comes through multiple times at the night. If you're a light sleeper, bring ear plugs and white noise for that, as well as for potentially noisy neighbors on the lower levels. Overall the town is quiet.

Very nice rental. Utilized space in a great way. Only problem - the toaster set off the smoke alarm wherever we plugged it in. Loved it & would go back.
