«The heat in the house wasn't working in January during a snowstorm. The temp inside the house started at 65 when we got there the first night and got to 53 degrees the next day; we had to sleep with full sweatsuits and two comforters. Owner came out right away and did a few things, but the fix did not work, and it actually got colder. We were offered a propane heater meant for outdoors, so we declined due to safety. «Staff was super responsive during the whole process. The game room was used the most and occupied the children when we were not visiting nearby attractions. Only a quick 15 minute drive to the State Park. Lots of things to do in the area, even in Winter. Perfect location with a ton of space! »
