Beautiful wooded area in back that was great for sitting on back deck and watching nature. House was in very quite semi secluded area. We really enjoyed the area and the house.»

Great hospitality. The shops downtown were cute. Hike and bike trails are all around. Tons of parks and a nice botanical garden not far from the house. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in a heartbeat.»

«After 3 days riding cross country, 5 motorcyclists spent a great 3 nights at "The House On The Lake". Wonderful place, lots of charm and loads of lakeside deck...and our own pier! The covered parking was a huge bonus. Nice place to clean the bikes and keep them out of the elements. Surrounded on three sides by water on a placid lake - it was a terrific place to recharge. Highly recommended!»

The only thing that the container cabin needs is a television, it was a football Saturday and my husband is a huge football fan, but thank goodness we meet some great people that let him watch the game. «Clean house and comfortable bed. Shower was a little small for my liking but it was clean and had plenty of hot water. They should have told me about the "No Trespassing" and the "Private Property" signs... they were a bit concerning when arriving late at night. Called the property manager and she answered right away and cleared that up quickly. Overall, it was a good, clean and quiet property that met our needs.»
