«Rent, ryddig og pent hotell. Ligger i et stille strøk, men kort vei til sentrum. Personalet er hyggelig og svært serviceinnstilte! Frokosten hadde glutenfri-, vegan- og vegetar alternativer. Ingenting negativt å si om oppholdet »

«The location is greit. A few 8 minutes walk to small restaurants and train station to Hamburg which is about 30 mins. Many available parking space outside the hotel in addition to the basement. Buffet breakfast is very okay. Rooms are still new and quiet. I did not like the soap container in the bathroom. Very hard to press to get some soap out especially when only half full.»

«It smelled like mold as soon as i entered the hotel, the room smelled even stronger. The carpet floor was full of spots, and it was a lot of dirt / dust on the floor around the bed, especially against the wall. I was told by the receptionist that they recently had a water leak close to my room, but this smell was not new. Everything I have reaks of humidity and mold after my stay. The service was great, and the breakfast too, very sweet lady who made the food. Too bad I did not have as good ...

«All surround sound by Bluetooth speakers overhanging the ceiling is a cool surprise! Everything is solid and sturdy, the lightings are many, floor size mirror, electricity sockets well positioned right where you need them, the shower works really well. Very helpful staff! Hamburg is a super engineered city with everything well programmed running smoothly and quietly. Not the Paris type of cultural bomb but very historic solid and logical city with innovations in the details everywhere.  ...
