«Great location about 10 minutes drive into the City. Large, clean room with tea, coffee etc and fresh milk in fridge & bottled water too. Quirky room as part of an old pub so floors a little uneven and steepish staircase to get to rooms, but didn’t detract from the stay. Breakfast was delicious and staff all extremely friendly & helpful. As it’s a pub, you are obviously aware of noises from the pub during the day and evening but as soon as it closes, it’s very quiet.»

«Overnight stay with my colleagues - gorgeous, traditional little place. Evening meal was exceptional (Roast Chicken) and the breakfast options were excellent. We had a slight issue at breakfast where noticed one of the cafetières didn’t seem to have any coffee mixed with the hot water - a bit unlucky when travelling with Italians! But aside from that would definitely book again without hesitation.»

That wasn’t the answer what the answer I wanted was I’m sure your room isn’t available, but we can upgrade you to Different room, ordered two £40 steaks meals most of it was Fat with about eight chips overall we won’t be coming back really underrated for what you»

«Overall good stay»

«Hyggelig service.»

«Good size room, well equipped. Iron, usb wall sockets, usb charging bedside lamps. Loads of parking. Hallways and reception all well presented. EV charging works well, though expensive (75p per kw at time of writing). Bed was comfy and clean. Bathroom needed some maintenance (towel rusty, extraction not good enough so bathroom damp paint peeling). Corridor doors very noisy at night, they swing and bang 2-3 times when closing.
