Hello Matthew,Thank you for choosing us during your travels to Oconomowoc. Please note we offer glass door showers in all our King rooms and all our double rooms come with the tubs as this is a popular option for many families. All rooms have also been fully remodelled in 2021.

Hilton Garden Inn in Oconomowoc
This is our third New Year's weekend at the Hilton. We love staying there, it's clean, quiet, breakfast options are great, and the hot tub is always working and hot! Close to Lapham Peak for hiking or skiing if there is snow.

I would have really appreciated an a accommodation for late check out for an hour later and was told they cannot do this as the property is booked , it is very empty this evening

As the hotel was full the night of your stay and the date of your departure, and the housekeeping needed to get all rooms taken care of before check in time, unfortunately, we were not able give late check outs.

Clean and quiet for the 4th of July, but conveniently located for an easy drive to the lake. Right across the street from a big grocery store (with lots of vegan food) and Starbucks (but the Keurig coffee in the room was good).

The person at the front desk was very good but very overwhelmed with issues going on so had little support. We had issues with our keys working out whole time there. We literally had to go back and for 4 times until finally we were just let in manually. There was a shortage of towels so we only had 3 in or room. There were cracker crumbs in the sheets and hair on the towels and toilet.

Good location but overpriced
This hotel was overpriced. The hotel is in a good quiet location, and the beds are comfortable, but there is a lot of inside noise from both the hallway and the room above you. We only had lukewarm water in our shower both days we stayed and the AC unit was quite loud. The most disappointing though was the breakfast. The first day our breakfast came out quickly but was cold and our waffle and French toast was soggy. The second day we had to wait 40 minutes for our breakfast.
