«Disappointing Stay – Bugs in the Hotel Room
I was very disappointed with the condition of my hotel room. I found ladybugs and ants on the ceiling, floor, and curtains. I took several photos as evidence.
Finding insects throughout the room was unpleasant and made me feel uncomfortable during my stay. I expected a clean, well-maintained room, but this experience fell short of my expectations.
Hotel management should take pest control and room inspections more seriously. I would not recommend ...

«We checked in late and was suppose to meet friends at 7:30 the next morning. We got up to shower and there was not 1 towel or washcloth anywhere in the room. The outside is very well kept. The only thing that makes it feel older is the design of the building. Parking was plenty even on WCU homecoming weekend. Mackenzie, the young lady at the desk was extremely helpful and pleasant. Everything in the room was in excellent working order and the beds were ...
