This spacious 3-bedroom home features a king primary suite, two queen guest rooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a dedicated loft office, three fireplaces, central AC, high-speed Wi-Fi, and multiple indoor and outdoor living spaces. The heart of the home is the bright open kitchen with white cabinetry, brass details, farmhouse sink, generous counter space, and modern LG Wi-Fi-connected appliances. Hardwood floors, vintage rugs, original artwork, family heirlooms, and collected pieces from our travels give the home warmth and character that feels personal rather than staged. The oversized primary suite is a retreat of its own, with a king bed, fireplace, private sitting area, French doors opening to a private deck, spacious ensuite bathroom, double vanity, oversized walk-in shower for two, private water closet, and walk-in closet. The two additional bedrooms each have premium Tempur-Pedic mattresses and share a beautifully updated Jack-and-Jill bath. Outside, one of our favorite spaces awaits: a peaceful courtyard surrounded by mature trees and centered around a European fountain. Enjoy morning coffee under the umbrellas, dinner from the BBQ, or an evening by the fire beneath the bistro lights. Our home sits in Ocean Hills at the edge of Carlsbad, just about ½ mile walk from the Calavera Preserve trail system and a short drive to North County’s beaches, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and coastal communities. Two Pedego electric bikes are also available for guests to enjoy.
