This renovated lower-level duplex offers the perfect combination of comfort, recreation, and coastal charm. Enjoy easy access to the shared dock, relax around the fire pit, watch local wildlife, and make lasting memories with family and friends.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Step outside and enjoy the shared backyard, complete with a private BBQ grill, outdoor sink, fire pit, and easy access to the canal. Take a short stroll to the shared dock, where you can fish, watch for otters and local wildlife, or simply relax by the water. Beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach wagon are provided for your adventures. Firewood is available locally for purchase, and fire pit use is subject to local burn bans and fire restrictions.

BEDROOMS: Each bedroom features a king-size bed, premium linens, multiple pillow options, and comfortable mattresses designed to provide a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring Ocean Shores.

KITCHEN: The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a wet bar with seating, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay.
