«Not crazy about this self-service hotel concept. Pull up to the place, no front desk, just another guest reminding us the front 2 rooms were hers. Okay, how do we check in? Look at the confirmation in Expedia, “an email will be sent to you with check in details”. (No such email) it was nowhere to be found (and yes, I know how to check a spam folder hahaha) So I call them, get some condescending operator and a text message with a door code buried in it. «We stayed here for our annual Ocean Shores girls’ trip, our 2nd year at this hotel, and the improvements under new ownership were noticeable. The lobby and breakfast area looked much nicer, and the hotel felt significantly cleaner overall, w/ the musty smell from last year gone. «This place is a gem of a family resort! It is an older complex but fairly well maintained and a great value for the price. The units are large for the price you pay, clean, and SO many amenities included! «We will not be back, here's why: Rusted tub,toilet,sink. Sheets were covered with human black hair . Linens were grey and old. Advertising an outdoor pool, it was green. Room smelled of mold. Curtains were varying lengths. Really gross place.»

«We have nothing bad to say about our stay here. They thought of everything...not a detail was left out. It was the most comfortable, cozy place to stay. There was enough room for all of us and the kids loved the ping pong. Communication was perfect and pricing was too. «We enjoyed our stay .the house was set up with everything we needed. The kids loved the toys and felt right at home watching TV. My grandkids really liked the kids room and my granddaughter wants a bed just like the one there .we had a wonderful time right around the corner to the ocean beach. Plenty on room for us and comfy beds too .I'm hoping to get back soon .I really liked the house .»
