The interior features a calming coastal palette of soft linen tones, sandy neutrals, and clean, airy whites—creating a relaxed, elevated beach feel. The living area offers comfortable, modern seating around a decorative fireplace.

The fully stocked kitchen features quartz countertops and a Keurig Duo—perfect for gathering, cooking, and making memories together.

• Bedroom 1: 2 full beds + private bath (walk-in shower)

• Bedroom 2: 2 queen beds + private bath



• Upper Floor:

• Primary Suite 1: King bed + deck access

• Bonus Room: 2 XL twin beds + sitting area with sleeper sofa

(Sleeper sofa available; linens not provided for it.)



🚗 Golf Cart Rental:

A new 6-seater golf cart is available for rent during your stay and includes a FREE golf cart parking pass for parking on the island! Perfect for quick beach trips, park/pavilion trips and cruising the island at sunset!

• $550/week or $75/day (off-season, 3-day minimum)

• Must be reserved by contacting the owner directly via email.

Before You Arrive

We want your arrival to be as easy and seamless as possible. After booking, you’ll receive a short Rental Agreement from our local management team to review and sign electronically before your stay. This quick step helps us make sure everything is in place for your arrival while protecting you, the home, and the homeowners who make your stay possible.



Want to Turn Up the Heat?

Cooler weather doesn’t have to mean skipping the pool! Add pool heat to your stay and keep those vacation vibes going.



Electric Pool Heat: $75/day during the off-season



When heated, pools typically reach a comfortable 80–84°F, depending on outdoor temperatures and weather conditions.



Pool heat is added for the full length of your stay, and since Mother Nature sometimes has plans of her own, exact water temperatures can’t be guaranteed.



Want to warm things up? Just let us know and we’ll be happy to add pool heat to your stay!



The pool and/or spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised in the water at all times by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc. are allowed in or around the pool. Pools are serviced regularly, however please keep in mind that due to the tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.
