This is a non-smoking unit. OC Beachfront Rentals charges a $500 fine for smoking in the unit.

Please note: a $500 excessive cleaning charge may apply if the property is left in an unacceptable condition (i.e. presence of vomit or urine cleaning, etc). We kindly ask you to respect our home like it was your own! 😊

Due to the high volume of turnovers in season and to provide the latest check out possible, cleaners may be completing cleanings until 6PM.

If a pack n' play is needed for your stay, please request from us ASAP upon booking confirmation.

Second parking spaces in height of season NOT guaranteed. At building discretion, guests may be limited to one parking space

Please note that due to certain unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, building maintenance can be unexpected and happen at any time. We appreciate your understanding should a maintenance call be necessary during your stay.
