Not to mention, you can stay within the complex and take your pick of taking a dip in the indoor and outdoor pools, or feeling the warm, sugar-white sand on your toes with direct beach access.

When you have had your fill of vitamin D, downtime will be a dream with central AC to cool off in, an open layout designed with entertaining in mind, and modern updates throughout. The living room will be a great place to kick back and watch a movie on the flatscreen TV, especially when you open the sliding glass doors to let the cool breeze in. Dining out is always an option, but there really is nothing like a homecooked meal prepared in the full kitchen. And, as days come to a close, everyone can gather at the accommodating dining table to reminisce about the fun of the day.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises (Including balconies)There will be fine of $500 assessed and possible immediate eviction if this is violated.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
