Enjoy relaxing bay views from Makai 613, a bright and comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo on the 6th floor. Perfect for up to six guests, this midtown Ocean City retreat combines convenience, comfort, and peaceful water views.



The open living area features a DirectTV cable box, Smart TV, and queen pullout sofa, with large windows filling the space with natural light. Step out onto your private furnished balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sunset over the bay.



The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances, a coffee maker, and a toaster, along with all the essentials for meal prep. A storage closet beside the kitchen holds a broom and additional storage space.



Building amenities include an indoor pool, fitness center with sauna, and billiards room in the lobby. Luggage carts are available by the building’s main doors for easy arrivals and departures.



When it’s time to rest, the primary bedroom features a queen bed, bay views, ceiling fan, mini portable fan, and DirectTV cable. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed, Blu-ray player, DirectTV cable, and extra bedding in the closet.

We’re delighted to welcome you to one of our vacation homes and want your stay to be as enjoyable as possible. Please keep in mind that beach life sometimes brings shifting weather, town celebrations, or nearby construction. You may also encounter local wildlife such as seagulls, raccoons, foxes, or the occasional bug. Our homes are treated regularly, but a touch of the outdoors is part of Ocean City’s natural charm.



If something feels off, whether it’s an appliance not working correctly or an unexpected maintenance issue, please let us know right away. A quick photo helps, and our team typically responds promptly to resolve anything with as little disruption as possible. While these types of issues don’t qualify for refunds, we’ll always do our best to make your stay smooth.



All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel along with fresh sheets and pillowcases.



Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition, such as requiring cleanup of vomit or urine.



Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
