CANAL FRONT with boat slip - bring the boat or jet skis! Great midtown 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom in midtown Ocean City - just a few blocks to the beach and Atlantic Ocean and close to the best restuarants and bars in town! You'll be surrounded by water with the bay on one side and a canal on the other. You'll love the enclosed porch with open view of the canal and bay. This condo has a large kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The condo also has a washer and dryer. The main bedroom has a king sized bed and the second bedroom has two double beds so you can sleep 6 people comfortably. High speed wifi and internet are provided and there is a Smart TV in the living room so you can stream your favorite shows (using your login credentials.) You'll also have a washer and dryer in the condo so no need to worry about laundry during your stay. Please note this condo is on the 3rd floor and there is not an elevator in the building. You'll receive 2 assigned parking spaces and you'll enjoy being in walking distance to many great restaurants and bars; Seacrets, Macky's, Fager's Island, 45th Taphouse and Alley Oops to name a few! Also close to Jolly Roger Amusement Park and a variety of shopping, dining and entertainment options! Note: If you are thinking of bring a boat, the pier is approx. 20 ft. long by just under 10 feet wide. The average depth of the canal is around 3 ft. The slip is best suited for a 21 ft. or less boat.

*All properties come with blankets/comforters and pillows. Linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $102. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation (or after) if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.

Family vacation

Location was perfect, short walk to the beach, bus stop on the corner, quick walk to Seacrets and Macky's just across the canal, adequate parking and beautiful views of the sunset every night. Room was comfortable. When things went wrong, communication was easy and response to correct was quick. The host was very pleasant and accommodating and the stay was wonderful overall.
