The home is spacious with great design, a fully stocked kitchen, and a beautiful back yard. Her house manager was so kind and helpful as well. We truly felt at home and will definitely be back to stay again.»

«We had such a wonderful stay here - great living area (comfy couches and smart TV) and kitchen with big table. Lots of natural light throughout the whole place. Cute and quiet neighborhood - about 10 min walk into town but even faster if you rent mopeds. Host was very responsive and helpful! We were working remotely and the setup was great - desks and AC in every room and very sturdy WiFi.»

«Ming was there to welcome us, and introduce her housekeeper Socorro who proved to be a very delightful, accommodating person. Fortunately, our group spoke enough Spanish collectively to get along with Socorro. The breakfasts and a couple of dinners were very well prepared. Overall, we were satisfied with the Holiday House. The location in San Felipe de Agua was further away from the downtown area than we anticipated. It took 20-30 minutes to travel to Zocalo, and taxis cost more like 100 pesos ...

«The apartment is spacious with a newer, very nice build-out. Each of the 3 bedrooms were quite comfortable with a balcony off the master (and the living room). The location was ideal for exploring the area and for easy, walkable access to desired restaurants. Gene was very responsive and offered great suggestions. Street noise was a bit of an issue but a worthwhile trade off given the excellent, close-in city location.»

«Great ample compound., very quiet but close to everything. Lush trees, great pool. The homes themselves were not particularly special, but are clean and functional. Very limited kitchen utensils, in case you want to cook there. Check in experience was ok, but the local caretaker hours are limited. Overall a good experience!»

It is sorely neglected and needs some love and attention.
