My partner and I experienced the worse unprofessional customer service during check-in at this Extended Stay. We had prepaid for a 4-night stay through Expedia and arrived with our IDs, but the front desk associate, SHIRLENE, repeatedly questioned us and refused to give us our room because we didn’t have a physical credit card, even though we had already completed the required authorization form in advance.
She spent 15 minutes on her phone, didn’t acknowledge us, and constantly called her manager for instructions instead of following standard procedure. We were only able to check in after another guest waiting behind us offered to use her card for the authorization form—something that should never have been necessary.
This treatment was unprofessional, discriminatory, and caused unnecessary stress. Other Extended Stay locations have never caused such issues. Management should address this immediately to ensure all guests are treated fairly and professionally.
