Both good and not so good. I came with a group of 4. The proprietor is extremely nice and accommodating. That's the good. The "not so good" is that, while this little Inn, for the most part is clean (some of the walls could use a good wash)) and the rooms are spacious (with microwave and a little fridge), we had some problems like broken faucet valves. low water pressure, and in at least one case, no hot water on one if the 3 nights we stayed there. I read some other very good reviews and I also read some bad ones, so I guess it's a crapshoot as to what one gets, since the prices are very reasonable. It wouldn't hurt the owner(s) to do some repairs that appear to be minor
