This home welcomes up to two dogs. All pet-friendly homes include a $175 fee that covers bringing up to one dog. An additional $50 fee applies if you are bringing a second dog. Please note that dogs are the only pets permitted.
As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 night minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons. Please note, this home provides heating and cooling through one mini-split system installed in the living area only. There are window air-conditioning units installed in the bedrooms for cooling. Also, there is no washing machine or dryer provided in the home, but there is a laundromat nearby in Southport.
