Fabulous, updated, ocean view condo on beautiful Oak Island. Versatile sleeping arrangements with a queen in master, 1 Twin, 1 Bunk (single over queen) and a sleeper sofa with Tempur-Pedic mattress. Private deck accessed from living room. Master bedroom with incredible ocean view - top floor, perfect for star-gazing and privacy.

Enjoy the ocean view while you cook in the fully equipped, kitchen with quartz counters, eat-at bar, tile back splash and accent lighting open to dining and living room. Both baths fully updated. Luxury vinyl plank throughout.

Amenities include 50” Smart TV in living room, Smart TV in master bedroom, DVD player, high speed wireless internet and ceiling fans. Condo stocked with games and books.

Access to main level owner’s closet with beach chairs and toys. Community covered picnic and grilling area and oceanfront pool and sundeck. Oak Island Golf Club across street, plus walking distance to Beach Club. Available for off-season monthly rentals.

The OIBV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the home owner's association's recommendation.

My family was looking forward to the stay. The company allowed us to park at the condo early so we coud use the beach access and pool. At 4pm we left the beach washed off at the outdoor shower then started to unload the vehicle. When we got to the condo, the cleaning company was not done cleaning. We got all or stuff to the condo at the same time the cleaning company finished. We took a few steps into the condo to find out there was sand everywhere on the floors amd countertops. After getting settled in, we had to clean. We were thankful they left a broom and vacuum. There is a swifter mop, but no mop pads. The condo has agreat view of the ocean. We really enjoyed sitting outside in the morning watching the sunrise. If you stay here, make sure you bring everything you need, exempt for cooking. The company doesn't provide TP, paper towels, and if you like coffee the filters for the coffee pot. The coffee pot filter is the one shaped like a V.

Beautiful location

Location was amazing! Condo was cute with a great view. Beach beautiful. The only thing that was disappointing was that I sent two messages through the guest portal and made a phone call to the property manager upon arrival when I found the Wi-Fi code was wrong and the pool wasn't accessible. They never responded back during my entire stay. 😞 I ended up having to drive to the main office to get help due to their lack of response. Thankfully, I was still able to enjoy the time away and figure out how to work around things on my own.

Nice property and great first time visit to the area.

We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the property. However there were five remotes in the living room and we could never get just regular TV on in the living room. Also, there was inadequate coverage for the sliding door at night. There was only two strips of curtains and they didn’t cover the entire door. We made it work using two big clips. We would consider staying in the complex again but in a different building closer up to the beach and a lower level.

Casual Caswell Beach

A last minute getaway proved to be a great respite from the pines here in Southern Pines, N.C.. Very close to the beach....and the surf sounds lulled us to a great sleep after our time at the beach. Our greatest (new find for us) discovery was the Island Way restaurant...an old school place that is packed with locals and the like. Don't forget Joseph's in Southport as well. We will be back! A very nice view from the balcony as well. Thank you!

Peaceful Get Away for anniversary celebration

Clean, peaceful, comfortable with all anyone needs to feel at “home”. Beautiful ocean views! Great way to fall asleep and wake up - listening to the sound of the ocean. Feels oceanfront. Communication about pool not being open yet would have helped. Would stay again - great rental!

Lovely Spot

It is a great rental with the most convenient location, and a stunning view of the ocean. We had no problems at all. The only frustrating part was parking. First, we had to drive to the rental company's office to get our parking pass, which is not how we wanted to spend our morning. Second, the listing says covered parking, and there is but it is not assigned and there are not enough spots for every car. So if you leave your spot will be taken. All that aside, we truly enjoyed out long weekend!

Aqua Vista

Great property and Beach! Had a small hiccup with door code and ability to contact someone via the emergency number since we arrived after business hours. Finally found the Guest Portal to find the correct door code.
