«The management company was very responsive as we had a small problem with a fireplace turning on at the wall switch but they took care of this quickly. The overall floorplan was ideal for us. So happy you allow pets here. I wasn't quite expecting the view to be so amazing...it's really nice! «Incredible place. Stone’s throw from the ocean, with a beautiful beach to walk forever. Saw gray whales which was incredible. House is great, with beautiful views from bedroom of ocean and the lights of Victoria in the distance. Hot tub perfect. Loved watching the fighter jets take off and land. «Inside of the house was very clean however, the sliders were so dirty you could not see through them. My grandson cleaned some spaces so we could see the beautiful view. We had 6 in our party and there were only 3 coffee mugs and 5 bowls. The fireplace was not usable. It required things that were not available. Other than that, the overall stay was good. »

«The heat pump was horribly loud, so loud hard to sleep. Unclear which unit we were supposed to be in, I believe I rented the lower unit as we are 2 77 year olds, but got the top unit when we got here. Also several light fixtures did not work. Fireplace didn’t work. View is fantastic. »
