Masete hotell. No 5 star hotell. Choose another.
Dette var ein reise vi gledet oss til med endte med og være eit masete opphold. Dei fekk en bra innsjekk men vi synst ikkje beliggenheten av hotellet var så bra. Dermed ingenting som var hotellet sin feil. Men dette blei til at dei maste på telefon om alt var bra kvar dag. Det at en skal gi feedback på alt en skal gjere på hotellet er masete og ikke avslappende.. hadde vert fint om dei tok det til sist av ferien! Less feedback form! Villigheten til og hjelpe er også svært liten. Du får raskt eit nei. Lite fleksibel. Hotellet har skitten strand, bare tang og tare utenfor, bare gløm og svømme der. Det er også svært vanskeleg og få solsenger fordi dei har så få på standen og når du spør om og få en flytta din så får du fort nei. Hugs at i bali legger dei tips på automatisk hver gang du skal kjøpe noe. Nei vi hadde uflaks og ulemper hver dag i 10 dager. Vi liker bedre Ubud og saminyak området! Velg det! Nusa dua var bare dyrt dyrt dyrt.. sjarmen med det asiatiske er borte. Ville heller valgt nabohotellet luxury. Matsalen på sofitel har ikke noe behagelige stoler og sitte på, alle sitter som det er ein krakk, upraktisk, dessuten er det perfekt frokost område om du vil ha fulglebæsj i maten og ekorn som stjeler maten din. Rett og slett uhygenisk matsal. Hotellrommet var ikke så gale, men det er tydelig at dem maler over det svarte gulvet for og dekke skader, endte med maling på beina hver dag jeg hadde vert i dusjen. Og shampooen er dårleg, ta med din egen. No 5 star hotel.

However, it truly saddened us to learn that we did not consistently deliver our usual service standard during your stay. Rest assured as your constructive notes pertaining to the restaurant, room, and most of all the service have been shared with the department heads to come up with an action plan to improve our hardware and to ensure the services rendered is always in line with Sofitel standard with no exception. In regards to the beach, please allow me to clarify that the beach cleaning is conducted twice per day which is in the early morning and late afternoon. However in certain periods of time, the weather or natural cycle cause the beach to look unclean with leaves, seaweed or kelp. Unfortunately, it occured during your stay. Nonetheless, I can assure you that our beach is free from plastics or non organic litter. At Sofitel, we always strive to ensure that every guest can enjoy the dream holiday they deserve, and listening to our valued customer's feedback truly helps us in achieving the mission. Hotellet hadde et veldig fint uteområde, alltid nok solsenger både ved bassenget og stranden. Rikholdig buffe men svært lite utvalg til en med cøliaki ved middagen. Det ble alltid fikset noe, men ble litt ensidig. Midt i oppholdet vårt var det en stor bryllupsfeiring over flere dager, noe som vi ikke ble gjort oppmerksom på før ankomst. Fikk beskjed om at det kunne være litt støy før midnatt, men den ene natten varte det til kl 07 om morgenen.

Very nice hotel, but the prices in the restaurant and poolbar belonging to the hotell was way to expensive compared to what you got. Except for this the pool and the beach was fantastic. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Fint hotell med mange fasiliteter. Vi fikk en veldig god presentasjon av hotellet. Romslige rom med stor balkong. Stort hotell og kan derfor fort bli noe uoversiktlig. Stor frokostbuffe med et godt utvalg, til og med ferskpresset juice. Savnet dog mer grønnsaker.

Perfekt avslutning på ferien
Fint hotell for noen avslappende dager på slutten av ferien. Store og fine rom med balkong. So Spa anbefales virkelig!! De ansatte var veldig hyggelige, alt fra resepsjon, concierge og frokostverter. Beliggenheten på hotellet gjør at det ikke finnes veldig mye å gjøre i nærheten. Vi leide scooter for å dra til Uluwatu og Finn's beach club i Ungasan.

Breakfast was average comparing it to other resorts, service at breakfast was again average had to ask multiple times for simple things like water, napkins etc. they had run out of butter one morning. Other than that it’s a nice resort poolside service was great, dinners were also great.

Sofitel Nusa Dua is really great. The facilities, the ambience, the cleanliness are really top. But, most importantly, the staffs are really nice and welcoming. The only downside is that they fold the beach bench by 8 PM. Sometimes I like to sit and walk by the beach at night. However, overall, great experience with the Sofitel Nusa Dua

Great staff
The hotel was good overall , little dated in some areas . Hotel was clean and pools were great . Ocean view room was a little disappointing with the extra you pay but they moved us over with better view. Breakfast was great and employees service anywhere in hotel was excellent anywhere you went . Overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel .

We stayed as a family of three with a toddler and were extremely happy with the main pool, kids water area, open manicured gardens and pathways in and around the resort and along the beach. Our one bedroom was large and very clean which was ideal for all sharing the same space - we loved the balcony with pool views and swinging chair. All staff were so lovely and welcoming. A special thank you to the morning staff that were quick to assist us and our toddler at the buffet breakfast and an extra special thank you to Eka who looked after our son at the childcare and also a couple of evenings of babysitting - we felt very comfortable that our child was in good care. The Italian restaurant and the buffet breakfast were highly enjoyable. Our only slight negative comment is that the other resort dining options were heavy on Western food (and very Mexican dish skewed) menus and the quality wasn't as good as expected.

Worst Experience Ever
The room and the bathroom are outdated. Breakfast was bad. The worst of all, I had a horrible experience, it was on the second day of my staying. I was taking a nap, then somebody rang the doorbell and shouted check out time. When I opened the door, she said she is from frontdesk and said to me I have to check out. I said, my stay is until tomorrow, then she checked her ipad and easily said I am sorry. She pretended asking me if probably I need something. Just slammed the door in front of her face. What a very bad experience staying in 5 stars hotel with this kind of treatment. It never happens to me this kind of service ever with other hotels.

Spoilt for choice with the restaurants, reasonably priced also. Peaceful atmosphere with a wide range of activities, private beach, massage on the beach or at the spa. Kids club, 4 pools also. Stayed in the twin plunge pool room.which is stunning. Twin beds are big enough to have two people. Breakfast buffet was amazing. All different cuisines, many dishes changing everyday. A very memorable experience and highly recommend.

It's a large complex with 413 rooms. I think the hotel would be more suited for an all-inclusive as it has that feel about it. The restaurants are overpriced. The rooms are okay but a little worn in places (ie, around the faucets). There was only one USB port in the room (which was broken) and as the hotel is 10 years old, I would recommend a refurb in the next few years. The room also needs a full length mirror in the right place and not in the closet! Although the breakfast buffet had a good selection, the food was lukewarm/cold. I was refused a beach towels I was informed that the beach didn't 'open' until 10:00!
