Fantastisk hotell
Fantastisk hotell med hyggelige og hjelpsomme ansatte. Frokosten var super, rommene er nye og fine. Får et gratis bilde de tar med fotograf som er hyggelig å ha med seg videre! De andre hotellene i området har sikkerhetskontroll for å komme inn i lobby, det slipper du her:) Anbefales!

Flott tradisjonelt hote
Vi bodde på dette hotellet i 3 dager, på slutten av vår 3 uker lange Baliferie. Vi hadde kjøpt Palace club rom, og hadde tilgang til lounge. Fantastisk service fra de ansatte og utmerket frokostutvalg. Hotellet generelt hadde flotte fasiliteter, som var greit da Nusa Dua området er generelt stille og det blir naturlig å tilbringe tiden på hotellet.

Lovely hotel, just a bit old.
Very plesant stay in nusa dua, nice staff and great distance to the beach. The resturant had excellent food but pretty pricey( compared to bali prices). Theres a shuttel bus every hour that takes you to bali collection (shopping center) for free. We enjoyed our stay, and would like to go back again.

The hotel and staff is great, but the toilet is not closed. There is doore but it has many vents that lets the sound out easily. But other than that it is fantastic.

An amazing resort for those who want to take advantage of the spa, get a taste of the local Balinese culture, and enjoy the serenity of the sandy beach and pools. The staff were all incredibly friendly and always extremely helpful. Very quiet with great dining options on site and nearby.

Older resort that has kept its charm, and even though some things are a bit run down, they have somehow managed to turn it into a strength. The rooms had everything one needs and I personally enjoyed the use of wood, felt more Bali and less generic. The staff were very nice. I appreciated that when renting a motorbike, they made you do a little trial run instead of just sending you out there - I wish all hotels were looking after guests like that. My main critique would be the prices of the restaurants, which were absurd. $40 for a very subpar meal. And the worst part is, since there's nothing else in vicinity, you will be forced to eat at the hotel all the time. When food is more expensive than at home while in Indonesia, something is wrong - especially as it's just unexciting touristy resort food. I would advise you to stay out of Nusa Dua unless you really want to spend your entire hotel inside the resort. And even then, I would think twice. There's nothing in the town itself, and commuting is harder than it seems. When I left after 3 nights it almost felt like a prison break. More than two mini bottles of water per day would be nice given that, again, there's no store anywhere near (had to rent a scooter to go to a minimart, and the drive is pretty dangerous). Special points for the floating beanbag chairs in the pool, Never seen those before but they were super nice.

호텔의 격이 낮아요
시설이 오래되어 낡았어요. 가족이 엘리베이터에 10여분간 갇혔어요. 매우 놀라고 충격이었는데 그 이후의 호텔 대응이 엉터리였어요. 미안하다고 사과를 받긴 했지만 위로가 되지 못했어요. 5성급 호텔로서 있을수 없는 일이 벌어진 것괴 그에 대한 고객 응대 방식이 너무 저질이었습니다.
