«This is not a hotel, should be listed as a BnB, there is no one on site. I was there 2 nights and various homeless persons were around the entrance all the time. Piles of trash sitting around at the entrance. When I arrived, the bedroom window was open and was also broken so I could not close it. I will say that they sent somebody to fix it right away. It needed some attention for maintenance, toilet seat falling off, paper holder falling off, broken vanity drawers. Bathroom towels were in poor ...

«The room was clean.A few things needed to be fixed and the owner was alerted. There are no dish towels and no shampoo or shower extras so know to bring your own. I always do. The apartment was comfortable and bed was comfortable as well. The host/owner was welcoming and easy to contact and quick to respond.»

«Fantastic location right on St. Denis. We enjoyed just walking out and being on the bustling sidewalk. Very close to Mt Royal Park, shopping, groceries, coffee shops. Our unit faced the back and was quiet, but not much of a view. Next time I would prefer a street view to be able to see the action from the street. That said, we had a very good stay here.»
