La habitación apartada y pagada era doble(dos camas matrimoniales) al llegar nos dieron una habitación de una cama matrimonial y un sofá cama muy incomodo y ruidoso. Nos dijeron que estaba saturados y que ellos no comprometían las habitaciones.

I have been coming to this resort for many years and it just keeps amazing me at how wonderful it is! The staff are so friendly and helpful! The food and drinks are out of this world! And you can’t beat being right in the beach!

It was great entertainment by the pool and if it was too noise you could go to the adult pool. Most of the waiters were very tentative with serving drinks and food. I didn't like that the gym usage was not part of the all inclusive and that you were limited on the restaurants for dinner.

Aside from it being further away from PV and the amount of staff trying to upsell the timeshare, it was a nice place for a week. Good beach, good food and friendly staff

Paradise Village is a nice resort. We unfortunately had a very bad experience with one of the Restaurant Managers which spoiled part of our trip. Overall, the staff and service was very good.

This is where you want stay if you want to experience the worst customer service in the industry. Paradise Village only cares about their members. You will be asking many times “Are you a member?” I did not use their all inclusive, but my friends did and when you go to dinner, many of the items on the menu are excluded. My room was moved twice. Just what you wanna do when you’re on vacation pack up and move. For no solid reason! The service at the pool and on the beach are good. I did get salmonella poisoning while I was here and I only ate at the resort so it definitely happened here when they made aware of it. They tried to tell me because they very good food safety policies. Trust me, it was Salmonella. I’ve been in Medicine for 42 years. I think I know a thing or two about it. In fairness to any traveler, I would never recommend Paradise Village. They charge you a lot and don’t provide anything for dollars spent. If you are a nonmember, they will put you in a building very far from the pool. It’s their tactic to get you to go to the presentation and then maybe they will move you. Also, one of their towers is now closed for construction and they’re using that as an excuse for everything. Consider yourself forewarned.

El tipo de habitación entregado fue inferior a lo que muestran las fotografías al hacer la reservación y el consiguiente pago. En el check-in el personal exige un voucher por una cantidad considerable y después la cancelan y cobran en el check-out de inmediato con otra tarjeta, con la consiguiente tardanza de devolución por parte del banco. Alrededor del edificio donde está la habitación estaba utilizado como bodega. No me quedaron ganas de volver.

Don't be fooled into thinking this in an all-inclusive hotel experience. I booked my stay through Expedia under a filter for only all-inclusive hotels, so I was expecting a level of care and consideration after spending the money for it. When we got there, the administration was completely negligent to servicing my family and I, and they claimed that we never paid for the all-inclusive stay option. I realized this may have been my mistake, so I went to pay for it. They were so unwilling to accommodate us that they said because since we were only staying two days, they couldn't offer us the all-inclusive option that had a "three-day stay minimum." They assured us that at least our breakfast would be paid for, so you can imagine the shock when we were about to leave our table the next morning and were told we actually needed to pay out-of-pocket. This stay was truly disappointment after disappointment with all the hidden charges the administration springs up on you. We have stayed at much better and more serviceable hotels in beautiful Mexico- this is simply not one of them, so save your time and money and book elsewhere.

Beautiful beach! Starbucks 3 blocks away and the hotel has a shuttle if you want it. I think buying an all inclusive package is not smart, food is mediocre at best and the waiters (few exceptions) aren’t too service minded.

Pros: great, calm beach for kids! Serving staff was excellent! Our double room was great with the kids. And the pool was fun for kids. Basically I wouldn’t stay here if I didn’t have kids, so it is a very family friendly hotel. Cons: this is the largest hotel I’ve ever stayed at, so it is very busy! Our room was in a building that was pretty far from the beach, so not convenient with kids when going back and forth. And They won’t take kids under 4 (our kid was 3.5) in the kid’s camp so that was a bummer.

Having to sign receipts every time we ordered was a pain in the butt. If you don’t have an all inclusive package it is a pain to go out and eat. Anything for going out to restaurants is a $30-$60 cab ride one way to have restaurant options. There is only two options for a la carte restaurants if your a family. Buffet was ok but wasn’t the greatest. Pool options were small if the resort is busy. Had some Mexican soccer team convention there for two days while we were there and restaurant snack bar and night entertainment was reserved for only them which wasn’t idea either poor managing by the hotel. Over all was ok but don’t think I’d go back. Would rather be closer to more amenities. If your a stay at the hotel for your entire vacation might be the place for you. I give it a 3 star at best.

The property is run down and the furniture old. Building 3 for sure. Their checking in and out system is all manual and takes a long time. It is not a quiet resort at all. The beach was nice and the kids loved the pool which was extremely crowded. I would never ever go back to the resort.

The themed nights were so much fun! The mechanical bull on wester night was a good touch. All inclusive facilities close at 10:30 however they do have a sky bar that you can go to. The Starbucks is so close that we would walk there every morning including a little shopping mall for anything that you forgot. If you’re looking to do excursions there are many options through the resort itself or if you walk down the beach you can find some locals who offer things! The food by the pool was also phenomenal and I’m still dreaming of the cheese pizza that they serve. We would be lying if we said we didn’t get it every night. There are lots of chairs, one thing that they don’t really show is that they do have two pools. One is adults only for those looking to have a relaxing time. They also do not have a swim up bar but they have a lot of servers that will still serve you while you’re floating in the pool The house keepers were phenomenal keeping the sand out of our rooms daily and making sure everything was stocked up.

Although the property itself was beautiful, the check-in desk was insanely slow and full of unnecessary paperwork. In fact, even to get a drink from the bar or to go to a restaurant always required signing a piece of paper or having to get another wristband. It made the experience feel slower and as if you are being policed to get the amenities you had already paid for. The resort has potential but honestly fell flat.

The staff were very kind and patient with this non-Spanish speaker. There was usually someone close by who could translate or speak English. The cleaning staff did their job wonderfully, the food had lots of selection, there was a grocery store very near by. There were theme nights with music and dancing. It was a wonderful experience

Unfortunately, this resort has very unfriendly staff and horrible service. My family of five along with my sister’s family stayed here over spring break. The property is very pretty. However, the resort is run inefficiently with almost as many workers as guests yet it takes forever to get anything. You must sign for everything and cannot even order a drink while sitting at the bar because a table waiter has to wait on you. The staff was the biggest disappointment. No one smiles and they seem very annoyed when you order anything yet it’s an all inclusive resort. For dinner one night in the we waited two hours and never received an entree. Yet there were waiters and staff everywhere and not many people in the restaurant. It was bizarre. The check in and out process takes hours and is ridiculous. Did I mention the staff was rude? Our elevator broke in our building (we were in the fifth floor) our last day and we were hurrying to get to the airport. I had my credit card on file and had already been charged $500 and had a print out of expenses but didn’t have my “check out” ticket. They made our family with my elderly 82 year old mother walk all the way back to the main building (with luggage) and wait forever in line to get a “check out” ticket which was never collected at the “check out” gate. We almost missed our flight. I LOVE Puerto Vallarta and have been there many times but would never stay at this property again. I don’t write bad reviews but had to this time.

We had an issue with our reservation, but it was not the resort's fault. What we booked was an all inclusive package, and what the third party booking agent changed it to, was a European package. So we ended up having to pay for everything during our stay, and it was SO expensive! Drinks, food...everything was way overpriced. We stopped at the buffet the day we arrived, and they wanted to charge us almost $700 pesos per person. For a buffet. Yeah, no thanks. The pool area was nice, our kids loved it. We did not like that you had to be 16 to go in the hot tub (which is attached to the kids pool), makes no sense. They have a great beach, but the first 4 rows of beach loungers/huts is all reserved for their timeshare owners. Everything caters to the timeshare at this resort. I hated that they have a caged tiger on display. Nobody could really tell me why they have her there. We only ate at one of the a la carte restaurants which was the Italian place by the marina. It was very good, but again, very VERY expensive. The shops are convenient and a very short walk (some reviews have mentioned them being far away but that is not true at all), but OH MY GOODNESS is that grocery store ever out to lunch for prices! A small bag of cool ranch Doritos was 213 pesos (which works out to about $13 USD). The Mexican restaurant in the mall (AMA) was absolutely delicious. We stayed in a standard 1 bedroom suite and thought the room was comfortable and clean. Cleaning staff came every day.

We enjoyed our recent stay. They had plenty of things for kids to sign out to play with like boogie boards, footballs/volleyballs. Too bad things like ice cream weren’t included in the all inclusive plan. Definitely should be considering at any other all-inclusive it would be. Put a damper on holiday when you always have to sign for things when bought all-inclusive. I feel like the property could adjust that to make the all inclusive experience better for guest.

Beautiful part of Nuevo Vallarta, next to the marina. Property is well kept, although it is getting older than some other places (30 years old for the original buildings), they do a great job with upkeep. It's not the Ritz, but it's not priced that way either. If you order from Expedia, be sure of what you are paying for. I was certain I selected all-inclusive, but Expedia did not follow through from their end. No fault to Paradise Village.
