Grounds, pool and lobby are very nice. There is no food and bar options. Just one of each. Scanning of luggage upon arrival is aggravating and insulting to the international traveler. And placing a zig zag exit is just annoying. Please create a welcome entrance and exit. Ridiculous set up.

It’s enough you get to know the staff. And they remember you as well. After the mixup with Expedia the front desk was very helpful big hassle with Expedia was the only issue.

Le personnel est accueillant. Chambre spacieuse et très grand lit confortable. Les femmes de ménage passaient 2 fois par jours pour vérifier si nous avions besoin de quelque chose et pour faire le ménage. Le menu des restaurants avoisinant l'hôtel était varié. Accès direct à la plage via l'hôtel. Coin très tranquille et sécuritaire. L'hôtel est à l'extérieur du centre-ville (50 minutes en autobus). La station d'autobus est au coin de la rue, à une minute de marche.

Overall the resort is nice. Clean. Good bargain. Great staff. Facilities very clean and updated. I felt they were a little overbearing with regard to our kids. No jumping into the pool. No running in the kiddie pool. They even called the room when my daughter was sitting on the balcony by herself watching her tablet because there was no adult (balcony is about 1.5 feet outside of door, not true balcony, and I was sitting right inside there). The water system smelled so much of bleach and my skin was so itchy.

Detalle grave: El cocinero del día Domingo por la noche (Erick) creo que se llama, desato una sarta de ofensas que el capitan de meseros y los meseros, entre ellos clemente, escucharón hasta el piso de mesas del restaurante Rumba, el motivo: La porción de pastel era increiblemente mas pequeña que el día anterior, no se si queria hacer ajustes a faltantes de su cocina, pero independientemente de todo, amargo la noche de todos los invitados, especialmente a mi familia
