Fun times!

Our family (kids are 7 and 9) loved it here. The view was amazing and the place was both nice and comfortable. Our kids loved having their own room/beds and we all loved spending time on the patio. It was awesome to have space to spread out. The pool was great and the ocean felt both fun and safe for our kids. Thanks for an awesome stay!

Nice Stay In Nuevo Vallarta

The Location of this unit among the best in the complex , it’s Vary close to the ocean and to the pool. Great views and very convenient, sleep with the door cracked and hear amazing ocean sounds all night long. The complex is farthest down in the line of resorts so the beach in front of the resort wasn’t nearly as busy as the rest of the beach to the south. The resort and grounds are very well maintained and the staff was friendly. This rental unit itself was In great condition, and was very clean and comfortable. A good thing to know/keep in mind is plan ahead for on site food service. Every meal (at least the week we were there) took 1.5 hours to be prepared/delivered pretty much everywhere within the resort, Room service/ pool cafe/ on site restaurant. Also, make reservations for dinner or expect an hour wait to be seated. None of this is a big deal…. just plan ahead. The resort was great, the room was great. Great experience, i’d do it over again in the future.

Amazing!

We had a wonderful experience with Brad and Joey starting from the booking process. The set up of the two bedroom Villa, full kitchen, washer/dryer and best of all the oceanfront balcony made this one of our favorite trips to Puerto Vallarta! We hope to be back this summer! Thank you for a smooth booking experience and all of the fabulous recommmedations!

Wonderful Stay!

Family of 5 loved our 8 nights at this Villa. We have stayed up and down the coast and this is our favorite spot. If you like excellent accommodations at a high end resort, this is the place for you. Great service while on the property and excellent communication from our hosts, Brad and Joey.

Villa La Estancia

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit worked perfectly for our family. Kids in the one bedroom lockout with Mom and Dad in the main unit, kitchen and living room in between. The view from the balcony brings peace to one’s soul! Very nice, very high end. We used the spa and workout facilities. The spa is first class. On top of all that, the kids club can’t be beat. Much higher staff to child ratio and lots to do. Had to peel the kids away almost kicking and screaming. All in all made for a very relaxing and enjoyable trip for all. Thanks to Brad and Joey for being very attentive and easy to work with. Thank you! We look forward to returning.

Excellent spring break at Villa la Estancia

Brad and Joey were great to deal with and set us up with an excellent villa. Dinner at La Casona was excellent, and Oscar at El Patron was a fantastic waiter. My wife did a spa day and raved about it. We also did day trips to Sayulita for surfing and zip lining with Los Verranos. Highly recommend and will be back in the future!

Great place to stay!

We had a great time at Villa La Estancia! The property is amazing, and the staff is very friendly. We have also stayed at their property in Cabo, which is also fantastic. The only drawback to this trip was the house cleaning service was unreliable. We asked the front desk for a daily room cleaning for the week since we have little kids, but they were only available to clean the room twice during our stay. They informed us they were short staffed in the cleaning department so we understood but we had to spend some of our vacation time tidying up the villa. Brad and Joey were great hosts and answered any questions we had. We would recommend booking this property for a great vacation!

The property is beautiful, service was great (despite being pretty busy for Spring Break), plenty of food options, and great on-site market for the necessities. We greatly enjoyed our stay with our three young daughters.

Christmas in Bucerias

We have stayed at Villa La Estancia in another location, and we were pleased to find that this one was just as nice as the other. We enjoy staying our week there very much. The 2 units we rented had all we needed for our family to have a wonderful Christmas holiday.

Another Great Stay at the Estancia!

The Estancia is a spectacular place in Nuevo Vallarta. There is great proximity to Bucerias and everything you need on property. Also - $20 massages on the beach just north of the property! Property manager very attentive to any need. One in our party booked another vacation to La Estancia while we were on our trip! Highly recommend.

Perfect family getaway

We really enjoyed our stay, found the villa's were exactly what our family needed, spacious, clean with gorgeous views of the ocean. Brad was very attentive and responsive with any questions we had, the hotel itself was equally responsive. We didn't dine at the hotel, but took advantage of the perfect location to neighboring towns to eat out. We highly recommend staying in any of Brad's villas and he will absolutely take care of you.

If you’re looking at other condos in Villa La Estancia you won’t be able to find much better than this one on the third floor. The location and view is worth the extra money and the condo is wonderful.

Beautiful

We enjoyed our trip and this property. The staff are so friendly and will help with anything. The grounds keeping amazing. Was disappointed that we did not get fresh towels mid week, but we did wash them in the machine in our room. Was surprised to see they allowed swimsuits in the Casona restaurants for breakfast. And saw many young men in the lobby without shirts. Only mentioning this because we stayed here twice before and this was not allowed.

Excellent stay at the Villa

We had a wonderful one week vacation at the villa. The villa was spacious, comfortable and clean and very nicely decorated. The resort was excellent with good service and a beautiful beach and pool. It was not very crowded and there were always chairs available. The villa was so close to the beach we could hear the waves all night long. The only things missing were dishwashing soap, laundry soap, dish towels and napkins. We did not realize they were not supplied until after we came back from the large grocery store. The mini market in Flamingo did not carry all those items so we had to improvise. It would have been nice for those things to have been provided. We left our leftover laundry soap for the next guest. Overall I would highly recommend this property.
