We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Important Note: We perform pest control before and after every reservation. However, due to the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible for insects to appear during your stay. We offer additional pest control at no extra cost during your stay if needed. Important Note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items left in the accommodation. IMPORTANT: Please remember that it is essential NOT to throw any paper into the toilet, including toilet paper. As an alternative, we have provided trash bags so you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future issues. At the moment, the listing photos are not updated; some items shown may look different upon arrival. The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay; it does not include any cleaning or laundry services during your stay. The nightly rate shown is the base price, which covers 1 to 4 guests; each additional guest will incur an extra charge of approximately $15 USD per person per night. The accommodation has a capacity of 5 guests, as indicated in the listing. Please note that Airbnb does not count children or babies in the capacity, but the condominium does, so it is necessary to include the exact number of guests when booking, including adults, children, and babies. Please note that Nuevo Vallarta is a developing area, so there may be nearby construction causing noise during the day. Maintenance and administration of the condominium’s common areas are not managed by Del Mar Boutique Accommodation. Electricity Consumption Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity included in your stay is calculated based on the vacation season in which you book and the number of bedrooms in your unit. You will receive the total number of kWh included in your stay once your reservation is confirmed. Each additional kWh will have an extra cost of 5 pesos. The balance is based on the initial and final meter readings.

Sleeping arrangements
The condo accommodates up to 5 guests across 2 bedrooms with 4 beds and 2 baths. Each room provides bed linens, clothing storage, and room-darkening shades, supported by natural light from large windows that frame glimpses of the surrounding landscape. Extra pillows and blankets offer added comfort, and a mosquito net is available when needed.

A kitchen gives you the flexibility to prepare meals at home, with space for cooking and a dining table for shared moments. Outdoor furniture on the balcony offers another place to sit, enjoy the views, or savor a quiet break between outings.

Inside, air conditioning, heating, WiFi, a TV, and a dedicated workspace support both rest and routine. The layout maintains an open feel, connecting directly to the balcony so you can step outside and take in the sea and pool views whenever you choose. The home features a private entrance and self check-in with a keypad, along with single-level living for easy movement throughout the space.
Bathrooms
Both bathrooms include walk-in showers and bathroom essentials, complemented by hot water throughout your stay. An outdoor shower is available for rinsing off after time by the water.

Families will find thoughtful additions such as a crib, pack n play or travel crib, high chair, changing table, baby bath, window guards, board games, and children’s bikes. Babysitter recommendations are also provided for added convenience.

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate. The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host). Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.
