The apartment is a studio: bed, bathroom, kitchen, and terrace all in one open space. It has the basics you need for a multi-day stay: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. If you’re traveling light, there’s a washing machine in the apartment.

Downstairs, you’ll find the condo’s beach, an infinity pool, and another pool that extends right up to the sand. There’s also a restaurant/bar on the property so you don’t have to go out every day. The gated community has security.

You’re located on Paseo de los Cocoteros. You can walk or bike to Bucerías along the median strip. Oxxo and supermarkets are nearby. The Puerto Vallarta airport is about 20 minutes away.

This is not a hotel. It’s a private apartment. There’s no laundry service or daily housekeeping; cleaning is provided upon arrival and departure. Pets are not allowed.

It’s a good fit for a couple or for someone who wants to be near the beach without having to go into downtown Vallarta.
