The Space:

The sound of waves and soft coastal air shape the rhythm of your stay here, where mornings begin with gentle light and evenings wind down with the distant surf. Time moves easily between the shoreline and the pool, creating a relaxed setting along the Riviera Nayarit coastline.



Sleeping arrangements

This entire condo accommodates up to 4 guests with 1 bedroom and 2 beds. The bedroom is set up for comfort with essentials like bed linens, clothing storage, hangers, a safe, and a mosquito net. Family-friendly touches include a crib, Pack ’n play/Travel crib, high chair, baby bath, changing table, board games, and children’s bikes.



Bathroom

The bathroom includes hot water and bathroom essentials, along with cleaning products to help maintain the space during your stay.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, with a refrigerator, microwave, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, coffee maker, blender, and wine glasses. You can dine indoors or enjoy the outdoor dining area, with a BBQ grill and barbecue utensils available for relaxed meals.



Outdoor living

Beach access makes it easy to spend time by the water, with beach essentials ready for your outings. You can also unwind by the pool, relax on sun loungers, or explore using the available bikes and kayak. The property also includes a backyard area, outdoor dining space, and BBQ setup.



Comfort & connectivity

Air conditioning and heating help maintain a comfortable indoor environment. Wifi and a TV provide connectivity and entertainment, while a carbon monoxide alarm adds an extra layer of safety. Self check-in with a keypad offers flexibility on arrival, and long term stays are allowed.



Location

Set within the Aria Ocean complex along Banderas Bay, the condo places you close to the shoreline and the easygoing coastal atmosphere of Nuevo Vallarta. It’s a convenient base for enjoying the beach, nearby resort amenities, and the steady ocean breeze throughout your stay.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate. The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host). Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.



The Neighborhood:

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.

Other Things to Note:

For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information: Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps. -The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay. -The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates 1 to 4 * guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 15 * dlls extra per person per night. -The accommodation has a capacity of __5__ same as indicated in the ad, we let you know that the Airbnb platform does not count children and babies within the capacity, note that the condo if, so it is necessary that when booking integrate the exact number of guests in relation to the capacity, counting adults, children and babies. -No guests allowed -Pets are not allowed -No change of linens during your stay. -The amenities provided are for a single night's sustenance. -Basic kitchen utensils provided are tools, not supplies. -The barbecue is under availability, reserving 24 hours in advance. -Parking is subject to availability -We are a company that is committed to the environment, we appreciate your support with a conscious use of electricity consumption. -The maintenance and administration of the common areas of the condominium are not under the management of Del Mar Boutique Accommodation. -It is important to take into account that the area of Nuevo Vallarta due to its constant development is prone to have constructions near the condominiums generating noise during the day. -Due to the nature of the destination it is common to find small mosquitoes called gnats on the beach that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching. -Electricity consumption Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed. Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos. The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
