The Space:

Golden light settles over Banderas Bay as the sound of waves drifts in from the shore. Mornings begin with coffee on your private patio or balcony, while warm ocean air and coastal views set an easy rhythm for the day. Evenings bring soft breezes and colorful sunsets over the Pacific, just moments from your door.



Sleeping arrangements

This single-level condo accommodates up to 7 guests across 3 bedrooms with 4 beds and 3 baths. The layout is designed for ease and comfort, with no stairs inside. Room-darkening shades and cotton linens help create a restful space, while clothing storage keeps everything organized during your stay.



Living space

After time by the water, return to a cool and comfortable interior with central air conditioning. Relax with TV or stay connected using Wifi. A private entrance allows you to come and go easily, and self check-in is supported by building staff available 24 hours a day.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen provides a dedicated space where you can cook your own meals, whether preparing breakfast before heading out or enjoying a relaxed dinner indoors. A dining table brings everyone together to share meals and conversation.



Outdoor & building amenities

Set in a waterfront location, the condo offers shared beach access just steps away. Within the building, guests can enjoy an outdoor pool, shared hot tub, shared sauna, and a shared gym in building. A private patio or balcony with an outdoor dining area offers a quiet place to unwind with ocean air and views.



Practical features

Free parking garage on premises and an elevator with accessible dimensions add convenience to your stay. The home is a single level with no stairs inside, and long term stays are allowed for visits of 28 days or more.



Neighborhood

Nuevo Vallarta stretches along the Mexican Pacific coast, known for its accessible beaches and relaxed coastal atmosphere. Whether you spend your time by the water, enjoying shared amenities, or simply taking in the sunset, the setting encourages a slower, more peaceful pace.



Guest Access:

According to the general condominium regulations, only reservations of a minimum of 5 nights are accepted.

However, for us it is important that you can still find us as an option in the platform filters, even if your interest is for a shorter stay.

In case you would like to complement your booking to reach the 5-night minimum, we will be glad to offer you the best rate in order to comply with the condominium requirements.



Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



-Please note that once you have initiated your reservation, according to the condominium regulations, no modifications to the access letters will be allowed. Therefore, we ask you to consider all guests from the beginning.



-Check In is done from the lobby of the condominium.

Before your arrival we will send you your letter of access, rules and necessary information for your stay.



-Check In: 3:00 p.m.

The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



-Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm.



-The easiest access is by car; parking is free and you can park in the assigned space that corresponds to your apartment.



-Parking is under availability in general space, there are no numbered spaces for the apartments, only 1 space will be assigned per accommodation.



-The apartment is located on floor no._6_ of phase no._1_, so guests access it by elevator.

As a guest of Del Mar, you will also enjoy a wide variety of additional services and amenities, such as beach access, swimming pool, restaurants and free Wi-Fi connection in the accommodations.

Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car or you can use the Uber platform to get around the area and visit restaurants, stores and other attractions in the area. For a more personalized attention we can recommend transportation services as well as places to visit.



There parking has no fee and you can use the assigned space for your apartment.

This apartment has only one parking space.

Please notice that is not allowed for any visitors and/or friends to park in the complex.
