The tram to the city center is steps away and it takes about 15 minutes to get to the main attractions. The neighborhood is pretty good but not great. «We loved our stay in Florence and the apartment was amazing. We had a car and needed a place outside the ZTL with private parking, but close to the city. This apartment was perfect. We were able to find the address with no problems and Piero was waiting for us to show us the private parking area. He also helped us get checked in, told us the easiest way to get into the city, and gave us wonderful suggestions for places to eat. He was the perfect host. I would recommend this apartment to anyone.»

«The great things about this accommodation is the location: only a few tram stops from the airport and 3 minutes walk from the station ( the same tram takes you to the main station in central area in 20 min ). And all rooms including the kitchen and bathroom seemed very very clean and looked after, no dust or hairs! Catia was very friendly and easy to deal with. Only thing was that you are actually sharing the kitchen when/ if there are other travellers staying in the flat which I didn’t realise ...
