Holiday house LYRA with heated pool in Novigrad

This beautiful house offers a truly unique and captivating experience in a tranquil area not far from the sea. The centerpiece of the house is the refreshing 8.00m x 3.80m pool, 1.45m deep, exclusively for your use. The pool is heated (optional). It features a salt-based cleaning system instead of chlorine, which is much gentler on the skin. The pool also includes a waterfall (see the center of the pool) and four massage jets. The house provides the perfect and relaxing holiday for 6 + 1 people. The interior, spread over two floors, is furnished with passion and care. The ground floor boasts a fully equipped kitchen connected to a charming dining room. A comfortable living room and a bathroom complete the ground floor. An internal staircase leads to the first floor, where you will find three more bedrooms and a bathroom. The house and pool area are not directly connected; a public path/road separates them. The pool area is fully fenced. Optional: Pool heating €30 per day. You can also choose this option upon arrival. For a relaxing holiday, a private pool, a terrace with a dining area and barbecue are available. The house has four air conditioning units (in all three bedrooms and one in the large open-plan kitchen and living area), Wi-Fi internet, a washing machine, and parking for three cars directly in front of the house.
